the other day i saw a cabby with blue lights and then i had to google to find what he was using to light up his interior. APPARENTLY IT IS CALLED EL WIRE AND I CAN BUY IT ON EBAY as "EL Wire" and often in conjunction with car mods. it is also frequently used in lighted costumes such as the famous example of daft punk's costumes.
