Police clamp down on Facebook pillow fight: Detectives in Leeds will be keeping a close eye on Facebook over the next few days to make sure a mass pillow fight arranged on the site does not take place. West Yorkshire police were alerted to the planned feather-fuelled event in the Hyde Park area of the city and have moved quickly after residents feared chaos. The Facebook user who set up the group publicising the event on Sunday May 23 has been contacted by police and told to cancel the fight. It comes after a Facebook-planned group water fight in the award-winning Millennium Square garden caused thousands of pounds worth of damage.
