Installation
You will need
- 64 bit Windows + VirtualBox - https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
- Solidworks
- Additional tool needed - http://www.disk-tools.com/download/daemon
Alternative copy of solidworks on RCA server (only available when on network)
- Access from Windows
- Start>Run...> \\software.rca.ac.uk\students$
- login username needs to be prefixed by 'rca\'
- eg: in username, type: 'rca\your.username'
- Password is your usual RCA password
Day 1
- PART
- ASSEMBLING (part + assembling)
- DRAWING - for engineering/cnc
Day 2
- rendering maxware
