- Install Silhouette Studio - https://www.silhouetteamerica.com/software
- If it says Job Complete, do not rush to unload the work. Leave it for as long as possible as sometimes it says it has completed when it has only finished one line. I'd recommend leaving about 2 minutes to be honest.
