Photoshop cursor stuck
if your cursor is stuck on one tool, do one of the following: hit spacebar, or check if caps are on
next reset PS preferences - hold down command/control + option/alt + shift immediately after you double click (or click) to start PS. When you see the dialogue asking if you want to delete preference file, press YES
