Commonwealth Scholarships: In common with all UK government programmes, funding for 2011 Commonwealth Scholarships for citizens from developed Commonwealth countries cannot be confirmed until after the government spending review, scheduled to report in late October 2010. In the meantime, however, the following national agencies are going ahead to commence advertising in the normal manner for 2011 awards inviting applications for Commonwealth Scholarships in the UK: Canada, Cyprus, Malta, New Zealand, and Singapore.
