Mundane tips that may help one get unstuck

  • turn creative ideas into definite actions - like by entering it as a slot in one's calender
  • do a web search on options A & B
  • create a mind map or table on the pros and cons of either option
  • make a decision by a certain date concerning which option to go with
  • write a one page summary of options, the decision, and reason for choosing it. a statement of closure, declaring in writing that you have taken charge of the problem, considered all options, and made a final decision, and can MOVE ON.
  • visualise how getting unstuck will be like, how happy and free you will be, how people who work with you will be relieved and happy for you too
