I can't believe I made a category called Productivity, which smacks of self-help books and inspirational posters and INCIPIENT MUNDANITY WHICH WILL MOST CERTAINLY KILL ME IF I DO NOT ESCAPE!!! However, sometimes life is still just about SOLVING PROBLEMS. And there are problems to solve. And i will have to solve it so i can move on. So I will make a category called Productivity anyway. GOT A PROBLEM WITH THAT??? FIND A SOLUTION! MOVE ON!
- break down the task into tiny bits
- start in the middle. The beginning contains too much pressure. I don’t yet know the end. So take a shot at the middle
- take a break and rehydrate
- positive affirmation videos. as crazy as it sounds, it is somehow soothing and better than a headful of HELP HELP HELP HELP. plus asmr mmm.
