This blog is 10 years old! 10 years of documenting my projects on a blog format! I have so many draft posts that I want to share with the world. But one of the things which routinely keeps me from updating this blog is my temptation to play around or tweak the web design of this blog – job hazard of also being a front-end web developer. Recently this blog has been performing poorly with frequent 503s which I attribute to the use of too many experimental customisers and plugins which was slowing down this image-heavy blog. So. I have thrown all those fancy wp plugins and customisers all away and opted to use a clean and very basic blocks wordpress template, to which I will try to resist from editing the CSS entirely.
In August I will be embarking on a new phase – starting a PhD in Art Practice at NTU ADM. I have started a seperate writing blog where I will publishly weekly writing and PhD related research which will be less image heavy. So this blog will then be for all my picture-heavy posts which talk about my artistic process – visual explorations and digressions.
